This system is used for performing rapid characterization of gas/metal reactions and for the low cost determination of brazing, sintering and diffusion bonding process parameters that can be done in small 2 to 4 inch ID hot zones.
This system has also been run with a number of unique atmospheric conditions such as anhydrous HCL and pure chlorine at 2200°C. We will consider any reasonable request for hazardous environments/systems within this furnace, including elevated temperature burst testing, or pure oxygen exposures/ignition events.
